A new hub for knowledge-intensive organisations
We are developing multiple projects within the world-leading Knowledge Quarter King’s Cross London (KQ). The Knowledge Quarter is a cluster of over 75 academic, cultural, research, scientific and media organisations for all sizes, from The Francis Crick Institute and University College London (UCL) to the Wellcome Trust, Google, GSK, Merck (MSD) and AstraZeneca.
Within a few hundred yards of the knowledge centre, you’ll find anything from the world’s earliest books and manuscripts to the latest fashion and creative designs and cutting-edge medical research.

A new knowledge centre in the heart of London
Every organisation involved with KQ is actively involved in promoting and disseminating knowledge. KQ focuses on supporting innovation, collaboration and knowledge-sharing, creating new opportunities for unique partnerships.
Our new projects are at the centre of this innovation district, providing future clients with an environment of expertise, and excellent accessibility to this knowledge sharing.
Breaking down barriers with expertise and high standards
KQ encourages the optimal use of all their resources. By breaking down barriers and encouraging dialogue, they ensure that the area is buzzing with innovation. KQ also connects with local people, taking advantage of opportunities for networking and collaboration with the knowledge community. This puts Knowledge Quarter King’s Cross on the map as a world-class knowledge centre.
